Job Description

Responsibilities

• <ul><li>Monitor and moderate user-generated content in real-time chat channels to ensure compliance with community guidelines.</li><li>Enforce safety policies and prevent spam, harassment, or inappropriate behavior effectively.</li><li>Resolve user inquiries and disputes through empathetic and professional written communication.</li><li>Identify trends in user sentiment and report technical issues or policy loopholes to the senior moderation team.</li><li>Foster a welcoming and inclusive community atmosphere by actively engaging with users.</li><li>Maintain detailed logs of interactions and escalate complex cases when necessary.</li></ul>

Qualifications

• <ul><li>Fluency in English (both written and verbal) with excellent grammar and spelling skills.</li><li>Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly (training provided).</li><li>Strong typing speed and attention to detail.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, sales, or content moderation is a plus, but not required for our paid training cohort.</li><li>Ability to work independently and adhere to a flexible schedule.</li></ul>
