- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of supporting high-volume global operations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technical decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate business goals into robust technical strategies for long-term projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of adopting and integrating cutting-edge technologies into production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on high-conversion messaging.
