- Human-AI Integration: Design frameworks for integrating AI agents into daily workflows to maximize efficiency and decision-making.
- Talent Strategy: Lead the transformation of talent acquisition, focusing on upskilling current employees for an AI-augmented future.
- Cultural Transformation: Foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and ethical AI usage across all departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic visions to the Board of Directors and executive leadership team.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in executive strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-growth tech or enterprise environment.
- Forward-Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends, specifically regarding the impact of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents on business models.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred (MBA or MSc).
