- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and patience

- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data confidentiality

- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/inbound settings

- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
