Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues while maintaining customer rapport
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores, first-call resolution, and handle time
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear phone and written English
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a virtual team environment
- Flexible schedule including availability for evenings/weekends as needed
