- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Document all interactions in CRM while maintaining data accuracy
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in weekly team meetings and skill development sessions
- Adhere to SLA targets and quality assurance standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or virtual environment
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- High-speed home internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid US work authorization and background clearance
