Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency using CRM tools
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain service consistency

- Meet/exceed SLAs while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekend training sessions and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with clear communication
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM EST)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
