Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely operate heavy equipment and vehicles provided by the company.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload freight to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking inventory and ensuring accurate documentation of goods.
- Maintenance: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections on provided equipment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license (Class A/B preferred for equipment roles).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or driving is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills required.
