Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email for fintech clients
- Resolve payment processing issues and transaction inquiries within SLAs
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Meet daily performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Collaborate with virtual team leads using Slack and Zoom for escalations
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product updates and compliance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or fintech experience
- Type 40+ WPM with strong written communication skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
