Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to identify trends and deliver actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control procedures for all reporting outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel functions
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
