Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform complex datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business metrics
- Create automated reporting systems to track KPIs and deliver actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python or R with pandas/scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end analytics projects
