Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies
- Create monthly performance reports with clear visualizations and executive summaries

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with A/B testing and hypothesis validation
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and database management
