As a Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between our data and our stakeholders, ensuring that every decision is backed by solid evidence.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Optimize data processes and automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
- Identify business opportunities and risks through quantitative analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into business insights.
- Must reside in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.
