Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and deliver strategic insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and optimize data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and Excel skills
