Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Present findings to C-suite executives with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across business units
- Document processes and maintain data quality standards
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Proven experience with A/B testing and experimental design
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with large datasets (10M+ rows)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
