Responsibilities
- Transform Data into Insights: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to validate findings and ensure data accuracy across all reporting channels.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize data collection processes and improve data quality standards.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and support data-driven product development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
