Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and executives to translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Forecasting: Conduct statistical analysis to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection and suggest improvements to data governance and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying, Python or R for scripting, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
