Responsibilities
- Data Exploration & Analysis: Conduct in-depth data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Visualization: Design and develop intuitive, interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Create comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for stakeholders, translating complex datasets into clear, business-friendly narratives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing data processes and develop automated solutions to streamline data collection and reporting workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data integrity and accuracy, ensuring all data sources are reliable and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to self-motivate, communicate effectively, and manage time independently in a remote work setting.
