The Role:
You will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. Your expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools will be crucial in solving complex business problems and optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing initiatives.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable reports to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with data modeling and warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
