Responsibilities
- Extract, Clean, and Transform Data: Utilize SQL and Python to manipulate large datasets and ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within business data.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in clear, concise, and compelling formats.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data reporting processes and propose automation solutions to streamline workflows.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
