The Role:
We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between data and business strategy. As a Data Analyst, you will own the data pipeline from collection to reporting, ensuring our stakeholders have the insights they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform raw data into structured, actionable insights using SQL and Python.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and provide recommendations based on data findings.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
- Create regular reporting packages for executive leadership to track business performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
