Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Database Management: Query databases using SQL to extract data and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection processes and propose automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical models to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation; strong experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
