Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop complex SQL queries and scripts to extract specific data subsets for reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
- Present findings and insights to management and non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote WFH environment.
