Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL, Python, and cloud tools
- Create and optimize complex analytical models to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic initiatives
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure campaign performance and product impact
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all analytical outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
