Responsibilities
- Drive Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that directly impact business growth and revenue.
- Visual Storytelling: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
- Data Pipeline Management: Collaborate with engineering teams to clean, validate, and maintain data integrity across our primary databases.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct A/B testing and deep-dive analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and user acquisition funnels.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and assist the sales team in setting realistic quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Proven experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
