Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our centralized database systems.
- Verify and correct information to ensure 100% data integrity and completeness.
- Perform regular data audits and reconcile discrepancies with minimal supervision.
- Generate, format, and distribute reports to management as requested.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist with filing, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
