Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure database systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and proofread data entry tasks to ensure all information is error-free and meets company standards.
- Manage and organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper categorization.
- Perform regular audits of data to identify discrepancies and rectify them promptly.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline data management processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries based on collected data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
