- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our proprietary databases and spreadsheets with minimal errors.
- Review and audit incoming data to ensure compliance with company standards and formatting requirements.
- Organize and classify financial and customer records using various software tools.
- Assist in the digitization of physical documents and data conversion projects.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve discrepancies and clarify data requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Perform routine backups and ensure data security protocols are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
