Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting and updating customer and transaction data into our secure, cloud-based database systems.
- Verifying the accuracy of entered information and resolving discrepancies immediately to maintain high data integrity.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and audit compliance.
- Transferring data from paper formats to computer files or database systems with zero errors.
- Performing regular backups and ensuring data security protocols are followed at all times.
- Assisting with light administrative tasks and generating reports as requested by the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (1+ years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night shifts (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM EST).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
