Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and minimal error rates.
- Maintain and update digital and physical filing systems for both client and internal records.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks and cross-referencing of data before submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and database management.
- Prepare and organize statistical reports, summaries, or correspondence.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy protocols and company confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) and excellent command of the English language.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies quickly.
