- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company information into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Review data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies before processing.
- Transcribe handwritten or digital data into required formats.
- Organize and maintain physical or digital files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform regular data quality checks and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and summary documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet.
