Responsibilities

- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure high levels of accuracy and integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on data entry metrics and accuracy.
- Assist in data cleaning and migration projects to improve system efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associateās degree or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or related fields.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
