Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Verify and correct errors in existing data sets to ensure integrity and completeness.
- Sort, file, and retrieve physical or electronic documents as needed.
- Review and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and financial records.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (minimum 1-2 years).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
