Responsibilities

- Verify and cross-reference information to ensure high levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Organize and manage digital and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and proper archiving.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and data summaries for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
