As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of our information management system, ensuring that our records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for all departments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and company data into our proprietary database systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Generate, format, and distribute weekly and monthly reports to management.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure the security of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the digitization of physical documents and archival processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
