Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company's 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying key market opportunities and technological disruptions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to forecast industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to translate strategic vision into actionable execution plans.
- Oversee pilot programs and R&D initiatives focused on next-generation technologies, including AI and Sustainable Tech.
- Present strategic insights and quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Mentor high-potential talent and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the organization.
- Manage the strategic budget for innovation projects and ensure a high return on investment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products or defining long-term roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt strategy in response to market shifts.
