Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and research teams to align on long-term goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends, assessing their viability and potential impact on our business model.
- Establish and oversee the governance frameworks for AI ethics, safety, and compliance.
- Present strategic insights and progress to the C-Suite and board of directors.
- Drive innovation labs and proof-of-concept initiatives to de-risk future technology investments.
- Recruit and mentor top-tier talent to build a future-ready workforce.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the technology sector, specifically in AI or software development.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of developing and communicating long-term strategic visions.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Strong ethical framework regarding AI safety and bias mitigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
