Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 vision and long-term strategic goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing applications.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align complex technology strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee the architecture, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure and data pipelines.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, software architecture, or engineering management.

- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
