Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term vision and mission.
- Analyze emerging global trends, including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define product lifecycles and R&D priorities for the next five years.
- Predict and mitigate potential risks associated with future market shifts and technological disruptions.
- Present complex strategic concepts to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Oversee the development of a future-proof talent strategy to attract and retain visionary talent.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, executive management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a C-Suite or Director-level capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting industry trends and implementing long-term strategic pivots.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
