Your mission is to integrate cutting-edge AI, advanced predictive modeling, and next-gen infrastructure into our core operational fabric. You will work alongside world-class engineers and data scientists to ensure our roadmap is not only ambitious but achievable.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the "2026 Horizon" strategic roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems and next-gen computing infrastructure.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AGI prototypes, neural interfaces) into production environments.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data security, and compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-impact R&D projects.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams focused on futuristic problem solving.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical roadmaps and leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and predictive analytics.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge computing.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
