- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects, identifying emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to integrate into our core infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, sales, and engineering teams to drive product development and execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitive landscapes and industry forecasts to anticipate shifts in the tech sector.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, hire key talent, and optimize operational efficiency for high-impact projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and external partners with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Proven track record of successfully navigating ambiguity and defining clear roadmaps for complex organizations.
