Responsibilities

- Architect Scalable Solutions: Oversee the development of high-performance neural architectures capable of real-time decision-making and adaptive learning.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI interfaces) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration between data science and product teams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Strategic Visionary: 12+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with a focus on AI/ML and complex systems.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of predicting industry trends and successfully implementing forward-looking solutions.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade at the C-suite level.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
