Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with short-term delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers specializing in AI, Quantum, and Blockchain.
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate futuristic solutions into core products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify potential disruptions and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business goals.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders.
