Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) for strategic implementation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- R&D Oversight: Manage the Research & Development budget and oversee pilot programs for new innovations.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape to ensure our technology stack remains superior.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with a technical focus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term tech strategies and delivering on complex roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML, and software development lifecycles.
