- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, forecasting key innovations and milestones.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the deployment of generative AI and machine learning models to optimize internal operations and customer experiences.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the transition to cloud-native architectures and edge computing to ensure scalability and security.
- Future Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Readiness) and advise executive leadership.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
