Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, specifically in AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to drive the adoption of new technologies.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of futurists and technologists.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and lead an internal innovation lab to prototype and test concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and digestible manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or director-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging web technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, cross-functional teams through periods of rapid change.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
