Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates industry shifts.
- AI & R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to drive product innovation.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of technical experts and innovators.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and executive leadership to ensure technical feasibility and market fit.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in AI or Future Tech strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and software development lifecycles.
