Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of next-generation solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Orchestrate high-level stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication of technical visions to the C-suite.
- Drive innovation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving.
- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for major technology projects.
- Establish metrics for success and regularly report on roadmap progress to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic leadership, product management, or engineering management, with at least 3 years in a C-level or VP-level role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology roadmaps on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a history of building high-performing teams.
