Responsibilities
- Architect the comprehensive Horizon 2026 Strategic Roadmap, defining key milestones and technology adoption targets.
- Conduct rigorous scenario planning and forecasting to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation product concepts.
- Establish thought leadership through public speaking, white papers, and industry partnerships.
- Oversee the allocation of R&D resources to maximize long-term innovation ROI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, R&D management, or futurism.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategy sessions and delivering actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of AI, blockchain, and autonomous systems.
