Responsibilities
- Develop and execute forward-looking technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying paradigm-shifting innovations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to assess emerging technologies' impact on industry verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech
- Deliver strategic briefings to board members on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Curate an ecosystem of startups, academic institutions, and venture partners
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech consulting, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) or advanced degree in Technology Strategy
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
